Rey BelenHave you ever wanted your doughnuts delivered to you? Or at least ready when you want to pick ’em up? Well, Krispy Kreme Philippines has a solution for you just when you need it, right at the palm of you hands.
Just recently, Krispy Kreme launched their new app for smart devices that let’s you order assorted products from the doughnut joint.
The Krispy Kreme app, once installed on your device (available on Apple and Android), guides you to select the available Krispy Kreme goodies waiting to be ordered.
The user (customer) needs to register his information and activate the account before using it.
Ordering is pretty simple, and you can do it while offline.
Select from the choices of Krispy Kreme products and the app, which is pretty intuitive, can easily get you through the ordering.
As for me, I tried ordering two dozens of assorted doughnuts and had it picked-up at Krispy Kreme High Street.
I have an iOS device. The download, registration and selection of order was quick and easy. However, I was unlucky trying to finish the order. I don’t know if it was about the iOS or data connection. I doubt the data connection, since I tried using my data and wifi.
When I tried using an Android device through same data connection, it was a breeze.
After a few minutes, I got a call from the Krispy Kreme call center confirming my orders and told the agent that I will have it picked-up at their store.
And another few minutes, a Krispy Kreme staff of High Street branch approached me to give my order.
Sweet! Figuratively and literally.
For now, the Krispy Kreme delivery is available in select areas. With a few kilometer radius from a select branch. The choice of branch of pick-up is on the list from the application.
It is just to note that there is a cut-off for ordering and a minimum amount of ordering, which is Php 500.
Anyway, the Krispy Kreme app is bundled with other features like rewards, stamps and store locators.
Another cool feature of the app is that you can have a delivery or pick-up on a future date. Probably, good if want to order early a surprise for a celebration or a meeting.
Plus, anyone from anywhere in the world can download the app, and have the Krispy Kreme orders delivered or picked-up for a special someone in the Philippines. Of course, restriction applies as the distance from the select participating branches of Krispy Kreme.
The Krispy Kreme application is simple and easy-to-use. No need to be a tech genius to use it.
It was easy ordering via app and it was easy also finishing two boxes of Krispy Kreme.
Who wouldn’t want a joy in box, right?
