My Top 3 Fave Figaro Dishes @FigaroCoffeePH

Figaro may have been popular for its coffee, somehow, more than their drinks, I am more thrilled of the other offerings they have on their menu. Good thing that my fiancee, Cristelle, and I have almost the same likes on food, and same goes to our choices in Figaro.

In our visit to Figaro branch inside Trinoma (2nd floor)  in Quezon City, I ordered three of my favorite dishes:

  • BLT Ciabatta
  • Garlic and Cheese Pizza
  • Pasta a la Carlo

BLT Ciabatta Php189.00

The BLT Ciabatta is a toasted white bread (I hope it’s Italian white bread) stuffed with Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. The combo of the tasty, salty bacon topped with fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce and juicy tomatoes and mayo is a perfect sandwich on any afternoon or morning meal. A nice glass of cold fruit juice or chocolate can be a great bonus. But for this time, I want to taste the other two meals, that’s why water for me this time.

Garlic and Cheese Php159.00

If you like the thick, creamy taste of cheese melting in your mouth combined with a strong garlic flavor, then this one will definitely be on top of your list.

I so love this pizza from Figaro, that I ordered this, even if I was supposed to meet my client that time. Imagine that, eating much garlic, then talking to a client afterwards? Not the wisest move to “speak” literally, but hey, I love this pizza.

Pasta a la Carlo Php209.00

As for the pasta that I’ve tasted in Figaro’s menu, the Pasta a la Carlo is top on my list. The mix of basil, cheese and tomato paste on a pasta is just fantastic. I first tried this in Figaro SM Megamall. Then, the a la Carlo became an instant favorite.

If you want something new or really good from a pasta, and haven’t tried Pasta a la Carlo, then I strongly suggest to try it. The good mix of pesto, basil, tuna and cheese is just good on the mouth while you eat it.

It won’t hurt if you try something really good! 🙂

The Figaro at Trinoma is located at the second floor, beside Chewy Junior and near the Yellow Cab. With a number of couches and chairs (both regular and high chair), there is enough room for people to casual dine in and even do business meet there.

You can always choose from a selection of hot and blends, pasta, bread, pizza, baked goodies and sweets from their menu.

So, as for me, if ever I am at Figaro, these three would definitely not out of my list. At least, for the garlic and cheese, and the Pasta a la Carlo.
